"I have worked alongside Lilly for years, and there is no one I would trust more to support my own clients. Lilly is a principled, thoughtful and deeply skilled counselor. I give her my highest possible recommendation."

-Dylan Fields, LPC

I have had the pleasure of working beside Lilly for a few years. Lilly brings exception skills to healing trauma, and internal conflicts, with grounding and a reconnection of the whole body. She facilitates safety within a struggling self and identity. Lilly is adaptable and aligned to the client process within collaboration. I've learned a lot from Lilly and credit her with teaching me how to align self when self sometimes feels like the scariest place to be.

-Misti Miller, LPC, CADC

Lilly is truly a remarkable clinician who offers her clients an effective and lasting path towards growth, renewal, and expansion. Her somatic therapeutic work is profoundly impactful as she possesses an empathetic and intuitive approach to the mind-body connection. From this place, Lilly is able to guide her clients towards uncovering and releasing unconscious beliefs, wounds, and emotions, leading to lasting change. For those seeking a therapist who brings warmth, insight, and a holistic approach to their practice, she is an outstanding choice.

-Esther Berg, MFT Registered Associate (She/Her). Healing House Therapy PDX

Lilly’s sound bowl guided meditation technique is transformative for working with stored pain and trauma in the body. Lilly is a wise and deeply compassionate practitioner. I felt completely seen and safe during the session. The meditation was the perfect blend of respecting my autonomy and supporting and encouraging me to go to places within myself where I am normally afraid to go. The sound bowl technique is wildly effective, making my auric body almost as clear and navigable as the room we were in. And Lilly was not just a practitioner, but a willing partner with me on the journey; the space to heal that she holds for her patients is not metaphorical. Since our sessions, I have had more honest contact with my true feelings and clearer guidance from my inner wisdom, as well as the capacity to follow it with more compassion for myself and others. I’m excited to continue these sessions with Lilly and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who feels ready to start or deepen their own healing journey.
